Monthly Practice Workshops

Each workshop explores an essential family of postures and the physical, emotional, and energetic states they unfold. Together, they form a living map of yoga, allowing for the establishment of solid, sensitive, and lasting foundations.
The process unfolds over the course of the year, in resonance with the seasons, as a complement to regular classes, and it gains depth when followed step by step.
It is therefore beneficial—and even recommended—to follow the entire cycle, allowing the body, the breath, and the intelligence of movement to gradually absorb the teachings.

Workshop 2 – Grounding

In this second workshop, we will work on grounding.
After ease—which allows the body to feel welcomed and comfortable—grounding allows the body to feel supported.
In yoga, grounding does not mean tensing up or becoming heavy.
It means allowing the weight of the body to naturally descend toward the earth, particularly through the feet, legs, and pelvis.
When the body accepts being carried by the ground, it no longer needs to hold itself all the time. Unnecessary tensions decrease, the breath becomes steadier, and attention gathers.

In practice, we will observe how:
• the feet make contact with the ground,
• weight is distributed in a balanced way,
• the legs become reliable supports,
• the pelvis can settle without effort.

Grounding creates a sense of inner safety. This feeling does not come from mental control, but from a direct bodily experience: sensing that one can remain here, without danger.

The more grounded the body is, the more available it becomes:
• available to breathe,
• available to stretch,
• available to rise upright without tension.

Throughout the workshop, attention will be regularly brought back to the lower body—not to become confined there, but to build a stable base from which the rest of the body can organize itself with greater freedom.

Fascia Fluidity Practice

🌙 Thursday mornings 9:00–10:15 / 10:30–11:45 in person - Tuesday mornings 12:30–13:45 on Zoom

The Fascia Fluidity Practice is a gentle and mindful approach that invites the body to rediscover its natural elasticity, deep hydration, and freedom of movement. Through slow, precise, and respectful gestures, the fascia reorganize, release, and breathe again. This practice restores tissue fluidity, soothes accumulated tension, and supports the body’s overall balance.

It also includes essential work on memory: the memory of movement, sensory memory, and the body’s deep capacity to learn through repetition. Movements are first guided and explained, then—from the second or third repetition—students perform them more autonomously, under the attentive guidance of the teacher. This dynamic develops true bodily autonomy, a finer inner presence, and a subtle understanding of movement—alive and sustainably integrated.

Coming soon to your yoga center:
