Private Classes

Private Classes – A Tailor-Made, In-Depth Practice

Private classes are an invitation to experience yoga in a more intimate, deeper, and fully personalized dimension. Whether at the yoga center—equipped with all the specific Iyengar method props—or at home with your own equipment, each session is designed for you, according to your needs, expectations, and rhythm.

Why choose a private class?
A private class creates a unique and direct relationship between teacher and student. It is much more than simply adapting postures: it is the opportunity to develop a practice that evolves with you, respects your abilities and limits, and opens unsuspected paths.

At first, your personal goals guide the session—regaining mobility, strengthening the body, releasing tension, improving concentration, navigating a life transition… Yet as practice unfolds, these goals become a shared space of discovery, where you learn to connect with more subtle dimensions of yourself, often hidden.

An intimate and privileged space
Private classes are also designed for those who prefer not to practice in a group. It is a moment just for you, a space for renewal, where teaching is transmitted with gentleness, precision, and attentive listening. In this intimate exchange, you can share not only experiences linked to postural practice but also the inner fluctuations you may be going through. The traditional teachings of Tibetan Buddhism and non-dual paths enrich this journey, shedding new light on your questions and daily life.

A practice adapted to your daily life
Private sessions also offer logistical flexibility:
• You can come to the center, with its calm setting and all the necessary props.
• Or I can come to your home, bringing the comfort of a practice integrated into your daily life—ideal when time is limited or you prefer not to travel.

In short, a private class means:
• a tailor-made practice, adapted to your needs and rhythm
• an intimate space of listening and sharing
• a living transmission, enriched by yoga, Tibetan Buddhism, and non-dual traditions
• the freedom to practice at the center or at home
• a unique experience that helps you go further than you thought possible.
