The 7 yoga workshops offered for the start of the 2026 season
A gradual path, a journey through the year

🌿 These workshops form a coherent and progressive curriculum, designed as an in-depth exploration of the foundations of practice. Each workshop focuses on an essential family of postures and the physical, emotional, and energetic states they unfold. Together, they create a living map of yoga, allowing for the establishment of solid, sensitive, and lasting foundations. The invitation is not to come “as a tourist” for a pleasant, isolated experience, but to enter into a process—one that unfolds over the year, in resonance with the seasons, in complement to regular classes, and that gains depth when followed step by step.
It is therefore beneficial—and even recommended—to follow the entire cycle, allowing the body, the breath, and the intelligence of movement to gradually absorb the teachings.
These workshops are intended for those who wish to:
• deepen their practice,
• understand the foundations of postures,
• cultivate a more intimate and conscious relationship with yoga,
• commit to an inner journey that is patient, embodied, and alive.

Great workshop and Iyengar Yoga classes.
I highly recommend practicing with Sandrine, an experienced teacher who truly listens to her students. She supports and guides them, always being there for them. A real joy!
